My absence itself was a dialogue, It was a mode of my communication with my peers back home. Being in a foreign land made my roots more strong and me closer to my homeland. During the time of my research for Master’s Program from National Art School, Sydney, I came across the significance of Pakistan’s relationship with Australia, and my thesis revolved around those amazing findings. In the exhibitions later held in Sydney, the same topic was further explored. After coming back I can relate to both the nations with a lot more understanding. This transition has broadened my horizons.
